Slipped stitch patterns are almost always the way to go when beating a feisty colorway like this into some semblance of submission. Purl stitches also add some interest and break up the colors differently than knits, so a slipped stitch design with a purl background ended up being ideal for this yarn. The stitch isn’t overly complicated, because this colorway would eat complicated for breakfast.
