Named after the main street in the designer's hometown of Hood River, Oregon, these gloves keep your hands warm but fingertips free, allowing you to knit, work a camera, or perform any activity requiring a precision touch. Yarn Requirements: fingering-weight yarn, approx 200 yds (samples use Mountain Colors Bearfoot in Copper (man's glove) and Crystal Palace Panda Wool in Basil Curry). Gauge: 28 sts/46 rows = 4” in st st on size 2 (2.75mm) ndls Difficulty: advanced beginner Sizes: hand circumference = 7 (9)" (Note: the ribbed pattern is quite stretchy and each size will fit a wide range of hands.)
